  --Go to Dr Choppy after you bring her the tech files from Shine Town.

  --6 enhancements that can permanently increase your DICCKS stats.

  --You can now do plastic surgeries to reverse your shinie state.

*New world map random encounters.*

  --2 new encounters when around Shine Town, 1 of which is unique and you need a car to trigger it.

*Content for Jackson.*

  --You can now buy him off from his master, if you are a slaver and have your own cage.
